Outstanding customer service and support

Outstanding customer service and support. Being a Mac noob I had no idea what I was doing when it came to reinstalling MacOS but, these guys helped me through the setup process over the phone as well as sending a step by step guide and a thumb drive with MacOS on it free of charge.
