Great customer service

Quite good and took efforts to understand my problems, particularly with cloning my hard drive. Unfortunately - it seems that Dell make it very hard to do this. So to date I have not been able to clone the drive with the supplied Acronis or Macrim cloning software. The drive in my XPS 13 UltraBook consistently refuses to be recognised. This may be a security strategy by Dell to protect data on the drive. I think the only option is to install the new drive and reinstall the operating system from scratch! This is not a fault of the service that you have provided.
