Cloning software worked well

The Acronis Cloning software worked well. I had to use it twice.HP dv6832tx. After cloning to SSD could not upgrade from Vista to Windows 7. Apparently its a data/memory allocation difference that Windows 7 can't cope with, without a lot of fluffing around. Error message related to hardware after going through the entire install process - then reverts. Put old failing (Vista) hard drive back in to install Windows7 upgrade and get it past Windows 7 SP1 and re-cloned the SSD. Upgrade then to Windows 10.
